This notice describes the current public website of Great Impact Foundation for Humanity. It does not cover separate programme applications or services that may be introduced later.
Contacting us
The website offers email links rather than an online enquiry form. Selecting an email link opens your email application; information is sent only when you send the message. Your email may include your address, name, message, and any attachments you choose to provide.
Enquiries are intended to be used to respond to your request and related correspondence. Please do not send identity documents, financial details, medical information, or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
Browser preferences and cookies
The website stores your chosen light or dark theme in your browser’s local storage under giffh-theme. This preference is read on your device and is not submitted to GIFFH by the theme feature. “Use system theme” removes the saved preference. You can also clear it using your browser’s site-data settings.
The website does not currently include advertising trackers, visitor analytics, newsletter signup, user accounts, or online payments. The Copy Email button writes our email address to your clipboard only when you select it; it does not read your clipboard.
Website delivery and third parties
Public content is managed using Sanity. Some photographs are loaded directly from Sanity’s image service, which receives the network information needed to deliver them, such as your IP address and browser request details. Website hosting providers may also process technical request information and logs.
External professional-profile and video links take you to another service. They are not embedded players in the current website. Those services have their own privacy practices. Email delivery is handled by the email providers used by you and GIFFH.
Calendar links
Choosing Google Calendar opens Google’s website with the public event title, dates, location, description, and event-page link. Your interaction with Google is subject to its own privacy practices. Downloading a calendar file creates the file in your browser; it does not submit a registration or send GIFFH your calendar information.
Correspondence and technical records
The public website does not store enquiries in a form-submission database. Messages you send are handled through email, separately from the public Sanity content. Providers may retain delivery or technical records under their service arrangements.
For information about the providers involved in your correspondence, applicable retention periods, processing grounds, or any processing outside Nigeria, contact us using the details below. Avoid including sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Privacy requests
Contact GIFFH if you want to ask about information concerning you, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Available rights and any exceptions depend on the applicable law and circumstances. Do not send identity documents unless a secure verification process has been agreed.
